Is Remote Data Backup worth the cost?

I read an article from Tim Malone of TechRepublic about whether Remote Data Backup is worth the cost. I myself have no need at this time for this type of service, due to my fairly small daily data usage and storage needs. I currently use Acronis True Image to image my hard drive as much as possible(Maybe once a week), along with backing up important individual files and settings(Firefox/Thunderbird) on a separate Hard Drive. Remote Data Backup may be a benefit for medium to large enterprises, but is the cost worth it?
