TightVNC for LAN's


I've been using TightVNC for awhile now and have really appreciated the accessibility and convenience imparted by the application when used in a Local Area Network. Call me lazy, but I love the ability to access one of my other computer systems in another part of my home without actually getting up and going there. Best of all it's free. Compatiable with Widndows, Linux or any Unix like OS's.

Most would have been unaware of the new application if not for keeping up with various IT newletters, blogs and web sites, such as I do on a daily basis.
